Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of spoke and rim stress zones
PHYSICAL PROTOTYPING: Receive pre-production sample and lab test report

Our standard lead time for customized wheels is 45–60 days, with a minimum order quantity of 50 units for forged models and 200 units for cast versions. For time-sensitive projects, we also offer accelerated prototyping to support urgent product launches and market entry schedules.
