Every component we produce undergoes rigorous multi-stage quality control—from XRF alloy verification and ultrasonic testing at the material level, to real-time SPC monitoring and AOI inspections across 38 parameters during production. Engines are dyno-tested for 72 hours under SAE J1349, while wheels face ISO 3894 fatigue and impact trials to ensure performance under real-world stress.
