OUR JOURNEY OF INNOVATION

We continuously push the boundaries of performance, compliance, and smart manufacturing.

2008–2012

Founded in Jiangxi as a regional engine component workshop, we launched our first-generation gasoline engine blocks featuring patented heat dissipation channels and established an in-house metallurgy lab to ensure the quality and consistency of our aluminum alloys.

2013–2016

With a $12 million investment, we commissioned a fully automated wheel hub production line achieving 98% dimensional accuracy, introduced our first 5-axis CNC centers for cylinder head machining, and began supplying precision parts to domestic OEMs such as Great Wall and JMC.

2017

We obtained IATF 16949:2016 certification with zero audit non-conformities, built a dedicated R&D division focused on mechanical simulation and DFM engineering, and implemented an ERP–MES integrated system for end-to-end production traceability.

2018–2019

Marking our global expansion, we began exporting to clients in Germany, the USA, and the UAE, completed construction of our 140,000㎡ smart factory campus, and deployed robotic welding lines and SAE J1349-certified testing benches to elevate our production and validation capacity.

2020

We adopted an Industry 4.0 framework featuring AI-driven quality inspection and real-time production monitoring accessible by overseas clients, while also launching a multilingual technical support program for international OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

2021–2022

We established regional distribution centers in Rotterdam and Houston to reduce lead time, expanded into alternative fuel systems with CNG/LPG-compatible engine kits, and collaborated with global labs for homologation certifications including ECE, VIA, and Euro 6.

2023–2024

In response to stricter environmental regulations, we introduced Euro 7-compliant hybrid engine components, launched a low-pressure aluminum casting line for structural parts, and upgraded our test lab with ultrasonic flaw detectors, XRF analyzers, and CMM equipment while filing five new engineering patents.

2025 (In Progress)

We are currently developing a global sourcing and order traceability platform, initiating phase II of our plant expansion to add 50,000㎡ of production space, and piloting a green manufacturing initiative integrating solar energy and closed-loop water recycling.
